Annual load testing of Moscow Exchange trading and clearing systems on 24 September 2016

Moscow Exchange would like to inform you about a public load testing scheduled to take place on 24 September 2016 for the FX, Derivatives and Equity & Bond markets trading and clearing systems.

Testing will allow trade participants to measure the performance and capacity of their systems and the required network bandwidth when processing high transaction volumes in order to plan the updates of own infrastructure to deal with "bottlenecks".

We invite all the trade participants to join the testing by connecting all their software, including the HFT systems, to the test trading session.

During the test the trading and clearing engines of all markets will be running in the Dataspace1 data center that. The Equity & Bond Market system will be running on the new ASTS+ trading platform .

In order to participate please send an application to help@moex.com including your user IDs (FX and Equity markets) or login (Derivatives market) and your contact information by 5 pm MSK on 22 September 2016. FAST feeds will be available to all the users of this service in production.

Please pay attention to the testing admission procedure for the Derivatives Market:

For all logins participating in testing the passwords will be reset to 12345. Please change the new test password in the client_router.ini file for testing period and revert it to your production password after the testing is complete

If you do not plan to participate, please disconnect all your systems from Moscow Exchange production infrastructure for that weekend in order to avoid receiving test market data.
