New IP addresses for UAT environment for MOEX Derivatives market

We hereby remind you about addressing change for UAT environment serving MOEX Derivatives Market As of November 3, 2016, the previously used address pool will be disabled for clients connecting via Universal Scheme, ConnectMe, co-location, and VPN.
