Methodology of the Moscow Exchange Indices Calculation registered

In 16 April 2015, the Bank of Russia has registered the Methodology of the Moscow Exchange Indices Calculation approved by the Directorate of MICEX Stock Exchange on 5 March 2015 and the Executive Board of Moscow Exchange on 6 March 2015.
The methodology has been changed as follows:

• DRs representing foreign shares are now eligible for the Index;
• securities eligible for the Indices must be admitted to the exchange's quotation lists (thus, securities from not quoted part of the list are not eligible for the MICEX and RTS Indices).

Other amendments have been introduced to bring the methodology in line with Bank of Russia"s new standards set out in the Regulations No 437-P on organized trading.
The effective date of the Methodology of the Moscow Exchange Indices Calculation will be announced later.
