Moscow Exchange official free mobile app MOEX for iOS and Android provides an easy access to market data from all the Moscow Exchange markets.
MOEX app supports both real-time access (for paid subscribers) and free access for guest users (no orderbook and all the market data, except for the indices, is 15 minutes delayed).
