Moscow Exchange Market Data Policy
The Market Data Policy determines the purposes and forms of usage of the Moscow Exchange data, the types of data usage agreements that a user needs to conclude with Moscow Exchange for particular purposes, including for further distribution of the data to interested third parties, for using the data in algotrading and risk-management systems (Non-display systems), for using the data for the creation of Derived data (indices, price engines, etc.).
The Policy specifies main definitions and terms used while providing informational services of the Exchange, the conditions and requirements of the Exchange's informational agreements, including those related to conducting audits on data usage, liability and sanctions arising when the Policy is violated.
