Trading in bonds of RC KAZNACHEY (LLC) to be suspended

Please be advised that trading in bonds of RC KAZNACHEY (LLC) will suspended in CJSC “MICEX Stock Exchange” from November, 20 2012 due to the early redemption of the securities announced by the issuer.  Please find below the parameters of the securities:

Interest-bearing documentary unconvertible bearer bonds of RC KAZNACHEY (LLC), Series 01, state registration number of the issue – 4-01-36397-R as of 09.09.2010, trading code - RU000A0JR548, subject to mandatory centralized custody.

The provisional date for early redemption is November 23, 2012.
