Securities market FIX drop copy, FIX trade capture, FAST udp multicast marketdata services update

MOEX securities markets test environments were updated: 
1. New, not required field SettlCurrAmt (119) has been added to Execution Report messages of FIX Drop copy service to indicate trade amount by bond face value. 
2. New, not required field SettlCurrAmt (119) has been added to Trade Capture Report messages of FIX Trade Capture service to indicate trade amount by bond face value. 
3. Field StateSecurityID (5217) length in Security Definition messages of FAST udp multicast marketdata service may be up to 30 characters (20 chars now). FAST templates and message formats DO NOT change.
 
Production launch date is the same as the securities market release date (scheduled for 17 September 2018). 
Trading services FIX Transactional DO NOT change.
FIX and FAST services of FX market DO NOT change.
