FIFO MFIX Trade network infrastructure upgrade
Dear FIFO MFIX Trade service customers,
The service network infrastructure upgrade is planned for 26 June 2021 (Saturday).
The main change is replacing single client-facing switch with a pair of identical switches with improved technical characteristics. Please find new network scheme below. Allocation of ports on new network devices will be performed randomly. However, clients who have more than one link to FIFO network will be provided with option to choose how many links will be connected to each of the switches, free of charge. To use this option please submit a request to colo@moex.com until 24 June 2021 (Thursday).
Testing of the new infrastructure will be performed on 26 June (together with the release of ASTS) - we invite service clients to participate in testing:
- The planned time of network accessibility of FIFO Gateway is from 11:00 am Moscow time.
- To test order entry over FIFO MFIX Trade please send a request to help@moex.com to participate in the release testing. Please specify User or Firm IDs that will participate in testing, and contact details of person responsible for testing.
- Testing schedule will be published in the middle of next week.
There will be no need to change networking settings on client’s side.
There are no plans to implement any changes in software part of FIFO MFIX Trade.
The planned Go-live date of the new network infrastructure is 28 June 2021 (Monday).
