Client connections testing on 26 October 2013

Moscow Exchange would like to remind you that starting from 1 November 2013 the Moscow Exchange disables network access (internet, leased lines and co-location) to Derivatives market through Kolskaya and Dolgorukovskaya Data centers.

In order to ensure stable access to the market through PlazaII and FORTS terminals after 1 November 2013 we recommend all clients to participate in network connections testing which is planned for 26 October 2013 from 12:00 to 14:00 MSK.

Testing plan for 26 October 2013:

1. 12:00 — network access through Kolskaya and Dolgorukovskaya DCs will be disabled.
2. If your application fails to connect to the markets, please check your network configuration and addressing. Software distributives with correct network settings is available at: ftp://ftp.moex.com/pub/FORTS/FortsTerminal/Plaza2/M1/ (terminals) and ftp://ftp.moex.com/pub/FORTS/Plaza2/M1/ (client API).
3. If your application fails to connect using correct network settings, please contact our technical support for assistance at +7-495-733-9507 or help@moex.com.
4. 14:00 — network access through all DCs will be enabled again.
