Changes in the MICEX-RTS Indices constituent lists

Starting from March 26, 2012 parameters of the MICEX Mid Cap Index and RTS-2 Index will be changed, due to OAO "FosAgro" stock split and followed admission to trading of a new share issue (state registration number 1-02-06556-A as of 14.02.2012).

The changes imply that price of OAO "FosAgro" ordinary shares included into the Indices will be reduced tenfold and the number of these shares will be increased to a total value of 124,477,080 (taking into account the coefficient used for the stock split and previous consolidation of primary and additional issues).

Thereby, weighing coefficients for the shares included into the MICEX MC constituent list will be recalculated in accordance with the Rrules for calculation of the capitalization indices. The new values of the weighing coefficients will be in effect from March 26, 2012.
