The risk parameters change for the swap USD000TODTOM

As per the FX and Precious metals market risk parameters methodology, on 18.03.2022, 17-34 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 0.2964 rub) and initial margins (up to 0.316 rub) for the FX swap USD000TODTOM were changed. New values are available here
