Update of message schemas for FIFO TWIME ASTS and SIMBA ASTS services

To the attention of users who testing binary protocols for FX and securities markets.

FIFO TWIME ASTS and SIMBA ASTS services were updated at the INETCUR test environment.

Changes relate to type conventions unification.

Following type names are changed:
· From uInt64 to UTCTimeStamp for fields contain time values.
· From Int64NULL to uInt64NULL for NULL values. · From uInt64NULL to UTCTimeOnly for the EffectiveTime field.

Please re-load documentation and message schemas from FTP server:

No more changes expected before release of 10 October 2022.

Please note that message schemas update is necessary for all users, including ones who certified their software.
