New version of SIMBA ASTS service

New version of SIMBA ASTS service was installed on the securities and FX markets T1 test environment. Expected production launch date is April 03, 2023.
SecurityStatus and SecurityDefinition messages schemas are changed and new fields added:
· LowLimitPx - low price limit for new orders
· HighLimitPx - high price limit for new orders · SecStatus - trading operations allowed/not allowed indicator

No other changes in messages are planned. Documentation and new message schema are placed at https://ftp.moex.com/pub/SIMBA/ASTS/Release_03_Apr_2023/
