The risk parameters change for the swap TRYRUBTODTOM

As per the FX and Precious metals market risk parameters methodology, on 13.12.2023, 12-20 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 0.000705 rub) and initial margins (up to 0.001955 rub) for the FX swap TRYRUBTODTOM were changed. New values are available here
