                Moscow Exchange Trading Volumes in February 2024

                In February 2024, total trading volumes across Moscow Exchange's markets was RUB 111.4 trln (February 2023: RUB 83.6 trln).

                Equity & Bond Market

                The trading volume was RUB 3.9 trln (February 2023: RUB 2.5 trln), hereinafter excluding overnight bonds.

                Trading volume in shares, DRs and investment fund units exceeded RUB 2.2 trln (February 2023: RUB 1.1 trln). ADTV was RUB 111.4 bln (February 2023: RUB 55.7 bln).

                Turnover in corporate, regional and sovereign bonds was RUB 1.6 trln (February 2023: RUB 1.4 trln). ADTV was RUB 82.3 bln (February 2023: RUB 75.2 bln).

                70 bond issues with a combined value of RUB 3.2 trln (of which overnight bonds accounted for RUB 2.4 trln) were placed.

                Derivatives Market

                The trading volume was RUB 6.7 trln (February 2023: RUB 4.3 trln). ADTV was RUB 333.4 bln (February 2023: RUB 228.7 bln).

                FX Market

                The trading volume was RUB 27.7 trln (February 2023: RUB 19.4 trln). with spot trades amounting to RUB 10.2 trln and swap trades and forwards totaling RUB 17.5 trln.

                ADTV was RUB 1.4 trln (February 2023: RUB 1 bln).

                Money Market

                Money Market turnover was RUB 70.7 trln (February 2023: RUB 56.8 trln). ADTV was RUB 3.5 trln (February 2023: RUB 2.9 trln).

                The CCP-cleared repo segment reached RUB 36.8 trln, including the GCC repo segment which totalled RUB 25.3 trln.

                Precious Metals Market

                Turnover in precious metals (spot and swaps) was RUB 61.0 bln (February 2023: RUB 12.9 bln), of which RUB 60.6 bln (10.3 t) was gold and RUB 0.4 bln (5.6 t) was silver.
