RUB Interest Penalty Rate Change from August 4, 2015

Upper REPO Penalty Rate (HPenRate) on Equity Market will be changed to 22% starting from August 4, 2015.

RUB Interest Rate for the Additional Session in FX and Precious Metals Market will be changed to 22% starting from August 4, 2015.
