Constituent lists for the cap indices revised

The constituent lists of the cap indices have been revised as follows:

• ordinary share of OJSC MTS will be added to the MICEX Large Cap Index. These securities will replace ordinary shares of JSC "FGC UES".
• ordinary shares of JSC "FGC UES", JSC "Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port" and JSC “OGK-3” will be included in the MICEX Mid Cap Index. Ordinary shares of OJSC MTS, JSC Baltika Breweries and OJSC "Volga TGC" will be removed from the Index.
• the MICEX Start Cap Index will be updated to include ordinary shares of JSC "Kubanenergo", JSC OMZ, JSC "SSC", OJSC “Seligdar” and OJSC "Volga TGC". Ordinary shares of JSC Bashinformsvyaz, JSC "Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port", JSC "OGK-3", JSC "RBC" and JSC “TGC-6” will be removed from the index.

New weighing coefficients for shares from the new constituent lists will be calculated using prices of the shares as of July 24, 2012. The new values of the coefficients will be in effect from July 25, 2012

The updated constituent lists will be valid from July 25, 2012 through October 24, 2012
