SPECTRA gate structure changes

Since 3-rd release of Derivatives Market (preliminary date is the end of November 2015) unused tables broker_params and client_params will be deleted from replication stream FORTS_INFO_REPL.

The new updated feeds are now available for testing on Derivatives market UAT environment.
