Trading in bonds of Rostelecom to be suspended

Please be advised that from July 27, 2012 trading in bearer bonds of Rostelecom Long-Distance and International Telecommunications Company Open Joint Stock Company, series 11, subject to mandatory centralized custody (state registration number of the issue 4-14-00124-А as of 15.02.2011, trading system code RU000A0JRDR7) will be suspended in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange, due to early redemption of the bonds.

The bonds are expected to be redeemed on August 01, 2012.

The securities are included in the Quotation list A Level 1 of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
