Trading in shares of JSC "OGK-1" and JSC "WGC-3" in the Standard sector to be limited

Please be advised that starting from the additional trading session on September 12, 2012 an execution of trades in the following securities with settlement after September 18, 2012 in the Standard sector of the Securities market will be restricted:

uncertificated registered ordinary shares of JSC "OGK-1" (state registration number 1-02-65107-D as of 15.05.2007, trading system code OGKA); and

uncertificated registered ordinary shares of JSC "WGC-3" (state registration number 1-01-50079-A as of 18.01.2005, trading system code OGKC).

The execution of trades in the securities will be restricted, due to an implementation of measures on restructuring of JSC "INTER RAO UES" and OJSC “Bashenergoactiv” and in accordance with the Trading Rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.

This will not include trades executed in accordance with clauses 48.14., 48.16. and 48.17 of the Clearing Rules of RTS Clearing Center.
