Securities of one issuer to stop trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange

Please be advised that in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange the following securities will stop trading in the Exchange from September 27, 2012:

within the “Quotation List “A”, Level 1 of the List of securities admitted to trading in the CJSC “MICEX Stock Exchange”:

Fund units of the closed-end mutual fund of art “Sobraniye. FotoEffekt” managed by “AGANA” Asset Management Company” LLC:

state registration number of the Rules for trust management of the fund – 1985-94173534 as of 23.11.2010;
trading code - RU000A0JRDZ0.

Trading in the units of the funds will be ceased due to the Company"s application on excluding the above-mentioned fund units from the List of Securities Admitted to trading in CJSC MICCEX Stock Exchange.
