                Trading in bonds of Gazprom Capital LLC to be suspended

                Please be advised that starting from October 29, 2012 trading in interest-bearing documentary unconvertible bearer bonds of Gazprom Capital LLC, Series 03 (state registration number — 4-03-36400-R as of 23.12.2010, trading code — RU000A0JRVT5, subject to mandatory centralized custody) will be suspended in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange. Trading will be suspended due to an early redemption of the securities to be made on November 11, 2012 in accordance with a decision of the issuer.
