New coupon yield range determined for Saint Petersburg bonds

Saint-Petersburg Finance Committee determined the new range of coupon yield for the Bonds. According to the Committee's decision, the range for an issuer to consider the prospective bond purchase offers shall be 3.94% — 4.14% of the bonds' par value which corresponds to the bond coupon yield interest rate range 7.90% — 8.30% per annum and the yield to maturity range 8.06% — 8.48% per annum.
