Changes in report on SMA user transactions

Starting from 22 April 2019 we plan to increase the number of details published in XML reports on transactions entered by sponsored market access users - SEM42 on securities market and CUX34 on FX market.

Updated specs are published at https://fs.moex.com/files/13904 and https://fs.moex.com/files/13896

XML schemas, styles and examples: ftp://ftp.moex.com/pub/Reports/Equities/ and ftp://ftp.moex.com/pub/Reports/Currency/

These reports are only available to companies who have SMA user IDs.
