Changes in CCX43 FX market report

Starting from 27 May 2019 we plan to implement the following changes in CCX43 report (Register of trades accepted for clearing) which is distributed after clearing session on the FX and precious metal market:
- The ITSComm attribute will be removed.
- Only trades that have been concluded or settled on a report date and trades with parameter changes (for example, for derivative trades) will be included into this report. Trades concluded on previous dates and trades with later settlement dates will no longer be included into this report.
