Changes in published format of offline data on securities the next trading day
Dear securities market clients,
Moscow Exchange publishes daily the specification of securities tradable in the securities market system the next day and their parameters for auto processing on the MOEX website. Due to obsolesce of DBF file format and centralization of provided market data with Informational & Statistical Server (ISS), the specification information is transferred to the ISS Web service.

Please note that ISS returns the market data by pages, so you should use the additional start argument to download the completely information. The arguments are described in the developer manual.
You can also download archives with latest securities listing (https://iss.moex.com/iss/archives/files/securities_listing_latest). To get the information in the required format, add .xml, .json, .csv file extension to the request. To download securities_listing_latest file, complete the https://iss.moex.com with specified url string from the files table.

Termination of parallel support of the DBF file format is shceduled for 1 February 2022.
Starting 20 February 2021 the mentioned requests will have authenticated access.
We recommend you to use authentication data (login/password or MOEX Passport cookie) in your ISS requests now.
