Spectra T1 test environment upgrade

Dear Derivatives market test environment users,

From evening clearing session until end of January 19th 2021, T1 derivatives market test environment will be shut down for upgrade to SPECTRA trading and clearing system version 6.7

List of key changes:

1. Restriction of users from participating in morning trading session.
   A request to define trading start time should be sent by clearing members to NCC via EDI or Clearing terminal.
2. Decomission of outdated functionality: risk balancing between FX and Derivatives markets (replaced by the unified collateral pool technology) and dedicated IQS SRV service (new unified OTC_SRV service is to be used instead).
3. Changes to reports. The flood control fee in the usersfcXXYY.csv, tranfcfeeXXYY.csv, tranfeeXXYY.csv reports will be calculated for the ended trading session and write-off process will be held during next clearing session.
