Causes of short loss of connection to Derivatives Market trading system

The loss of connection to the trading system that occurred today from 15:13 to 15:25 MSK for some members of the Derivatives Market was caused by server error.

Automatic server recovery contained the errors causing the loss, and they had been eliminated entirely by 15:25 MSK.
