RUB Interest Penalty Rate Change

Upper REPO Penalty Rate (HPenRate) on Equity Market will be changed to 28% starting from March 16, 2015.

RUB Interest Rate for the Additional Session in FX and Precious Metals Market will be changed to 28% starting from March 16, 2015.
