How to pay for certification centre services when connecting to Moscow Exchange EDI for first time
When the certification centre receives the documents stated in the EDI Rules (see the Initial EDI connection method for new EDI participants section), and receives request for initial creation of the certificate via Users account, the Certification Authority issues an invoice for the ESVKC creation services stated in the Application for the creating of ESVKC
The original invoice is sent to the EDI Participant by registered mail to the postal address stated in the Application, along with the certificates in hard copy.
An acceptance certificate is sent to the postal address after the funds are credited to the Certification Authority 's account.
