PLAZAII Gateway (Transactional Technical Access ID)

Transactional Technical Access Identifier is a type of technical access identifier, the use of which enables the following functionalities of the PLAZAII gateway, provided that there is technical access to the corresponding TC SHC Subsystem:

  • submitting and withdrawing orders on the Moscow Exchange Derivatives Market;
  • obtaining Technical Access to the Instruction Processing Subsystem of the Moscow Exchange Derivatives Market to send instructions submitted by the Client of a Trading Member on the Derivatives Market to the Subsystem; the procedure for submitting instructions, as well as the procedure for checking compliance with the restrictions set by the Trading Member on the Derivatives Market, on behalf of which an order may be submitted on the basis of such an instruction, are set forth in the Rules of Organised Trading on the Moscow Exchange Derivatives Market;
  • viewing proprietary orders and proprietary trades in derivative financial instruments;
  • if the functionality has been enabled, the Technical Centre shall be entitled to verify the operability of the Client-side Software.


Limitations on the number of transactions:
When using the Transactional Technical Access ID, the Trading Member and/or the Clearing Member of the Derivatives Market is allowed to execute the transactions required for trading with the maximum frequency (bandwidth) calculated as the product of the following values: 1) the performance unit of the Technical Access ID equal to 30 trades per second, and 2) the number of performance units specified by the Trading Member and/or the Clearing Member in the Application. For the purposes of this section, a transaction shall mean a command executed in the order management process in accordance with the User Documentation of the PLAZAII Gateway, and the number of performance units may only be an integer greater than zero.
