Application period for XV Annual Report Competition closes on October 12, 2012

Please be advised that Moscow Exchange accepts applications for participation in the XV Annual Report Competition until October 12, 2012. The Exchange will stop accepting applications on October 13, 2012.

Please consider that some additional nominations were introduced:

• Best Interactive Report (category of Moscow Exchange);
• Best Report Design and Graphic art (category of Moscow Exchange);
• Best State Corporation/ Company Report (category of Moscow Exchange);
• Best Report of a Foreign Company (category of Moscow Exchange);
• Best Annual Report in sector (category of Screen CJSC);
• Best Information Disclosure on members of governments and their remuneration (category of Odgers Berndtson Ltd.);
• Best Information Disclosure on Corporate Management (category of Association of Corporate Directors and senior managers NP);
• Best presentation of investment attractiveness in an annual report (category of Interfax Business Service CJSC);
• Best Annual Report for Analysts (category of Bloomberg);
• Best Report in English (category of Thomson Reuters Extel);
• Best Integrated Annual Report (category of АССА);
• Best Report on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development (founded by Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP);
• Best Annual Report of Federal District (for eight federal districts) — category of "Interfax" CJSC;
• Best Corporate Website (founded by Finmarket CJSC).

Any Russian or foreign company compiling report in Russian can participate in the Competition. To enter, please fill out the entry form on the Annual Report Competition's website and send company's 2011 annual report in any format*.

The Annual Report Competition is a unique venue for companies to present their annual reports. The Competition is aimed at maintaining the high level of companies' transparency and facilitating effective disclosure for both investors and clients. It is one of the most significant annual IR events in Russia.

You can submit applications to participate in the competition from July 23 through till October 12, 2012.
