Planned changes to NCC's Clearing List

The weight of Sberbank prefs (SBERP) in the MICEX Index has become less than 1% following Moscow Exchange's quarterly review of its indices. The new constituent list was published on 1 September, and will take effect from 16 September.

According to the Bank of Russia's instruction 2919-U "On the evaluation of quality of a credit organisation performing central-counterparty functions", Sberbank prefs are to be removed from the NCC"s list of assets eligible as collateral. Sberbank prefs will be traded with full prefunding from 16 September.
