Moscow Exchange holds meeting of Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Moscow Exchange met on 23 September. The meeting was chaired by Supervisory Board Chairman Alexey Kudrin.

Moscow Exchange CEO Alexander Afanasiev reported on the Group"s operating and financial results for the first eight months of 2014. The meeting discussed the Group"s priority projects for 2014 as well as the results of meetings held by commissions reporting to the Supervisory Board.

The Board also adopted new versions of the Rules of organised trading and Rules for admission to trading on the Standardised OTC Derivatives market, and discussed other issues.
