Changes in announced ASTS bridge interface update BrokerRisk47

Please be informed that some of the announced changes in BrokerRisk47 version of ASTS Bridge broker interface for clearing system on the securities market and on the FX market is planned to be excluded.

Broker interface for clearing system on the securities market and on the FX market on 25 September 2023:
- RM_TRDACC (Individual risk-parameters) fields list remain unchanged;
- Possible values for COLLATERAL field in the interface for clearing system are "Yes" and "No";
- List of Transactions remains unchanged.

Remaining changes in ASTS Bridge Broker interface are planned to be introduced as announced.
