ASTS bridge interface update to Broker47&BrokerRisk47 version

New version of ASTS Bridge broker interface IFCBroker47, IFCBrokerRisk47 for trading system and for clearing system on the securities market and on the FX market is planned to be introduced on 25 September 2023.

1. The new FULLCOVEREDLIMIT field will be added to the ASSETS table of the Broker securities market interface for the clearing system.
2. New ISSUERCONCLIMITS table providing information on unified limit with Issuer Concentration Risks value will be added to Broker interface for clearing system on the securities market. Bank account ID should be specified as input parameter.
3. AUCTSTATS table of the Broker interface for the trading system on the securities market will be supplemented with fields to provide information on money market auctions.
