          Starting from January 30, 2012 UTS Trading Members can register their clients in the trading and clearing system of MICEX-RTS.

          As of February 13, 2012 trades can be made in the trading and clearing system of MICEX-RTS using client codes. At the same time a special trading mode was introduced for off-book (addressed) trading mode that can also be used for reconciliation of clients" positions for delivery (trades with settlement on the current day (TOD) can be executed in the new trading mode until 3.15 pm Moscow time).

          Main developments:

          • Trading Members of the Moscow Exchange's FX Market can now get several settlement codes opened within one registration code. Whereby only one Clearing Services Agreement needs to be signed with the Trading Member irrespective of how many settlement codes are registered for this Trading Member;
          • The notion "Trading Member"s client" is introduced. The procedure for registration of clients and assigning client codes is similar to the one in the Main Market sector of the Moscow Exchange's Securities Market. Both clients of Trading Members and clients of Trading Members" clients (sub-brokers" clients) can be registered at the exchange.
