Novorossiysk Grain Plant shares start trading on Moscow Exchange

Moscow Exchange today welcomes PJSC Novorossiysk Grain Plant. The company"s shares will trade under the ticker NKHP. NGP raised RUB 3.7 bln in a successful initial publics offering (IPO). A total of 7,291,000 shares were placed at RUB 512 each. The shares have been included in the Exchange's Level 1 List.

VTB Capital acted as exclusive global coordinator and bookrunner for the deal, with BCS Financial Group as co-lead manager.
