Trading in shares of LOMO PLC. to be ceased on May 8, 2012

On May 8, 2012 trading in the following securities will be ceased in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange:

ordinary shares of LOMO PLC., state registration number 1-02-00074-A as of 25.07.2003, ticker LOMO, and
preferred shares of LOMO PLC., state registration number 2-02-00074-A as of 25.07.2003, ticker LOMOP.

The securities are included into the section "Unlisted securities" of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange. The decision to cease trading in the above-mentioned securities was made by the Directorate of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange on January 30, 2012 in accordance with the Listing rules and Trading rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange based on an application on excluding securities from the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange filed by the issuer.
