Trading in shares of SITRONICS to be suspended in Moscow Exchange

Please be advised that starting from August 14, 2012 trading in ordinary shares of SITRONICS Open Joint-Stock company (state registration number 1-01-50038-A as of 25.04.2003, trading system code SITR) will be suspended in the Exchange, due to the notification of National Settlement Depository on a suspension of operations in the securities in the depository reporting system as they are to be bought out in compliance with the federal law “On Joint Stock Companies”, article 84.8.
