New test environment for derivatives market

MOEX would like to inform that new additional test environment for Derivatives market will be launched on 7 August 2017. New test server (T0 environment)  will be rolled on with trading system version 5.4 similar to current production version.

New environment will be available on 16/5 basis with planned maintenance for trading system upgrade. Functionality and possibilities of new test server will duplicate functionality and possibilities of current server, including services FIX/FAST/Twime.   

What"s new in test environment policy:

T0 environment (will be started on 7 August 2017). Runs on current version of trading system. Closing for maintenance after 2-5 weeks of production system release, with maintenance time = 2 weeks.

T+1 environment (already available), contains next version of trading system. Will be switched on not later than 4 weeks before planned date for production release, and switched off after T0 environment upgrade.

• T+1 environment will be switched on not later than 4 weeks before planned date for production release.
• Announcement with planned start date of T+1 environment will be sent on developers@moex.com mailing list not later than 1 week prior to start.
• T0 environment is working with trading system version similar to production, when T+1 environment is switched on.
• Clients" positions do not transfer between T0 and T+1 environment.
• Clients" accounts and logins for T+1 environment will be copied from T0.
• T0 and T+1 environments will be used in parallel starting from public test of new trading system version till the T0 upgrade.
• In the process of parallel run new logins and accounts for clients will be registered on T0 environment. On T+1 environment new logins and accounts will be registered on client's request.
• T0 environment will be closed for maintenance after 2-5 weeks of production system release, with maintenance time = 2 weeks.
• Announcement with planned date of maintenance for T0 environment will be sent on developers@moex.com mailing list not later than 1 week prior to start of maintenance.
• When T0 environment is closed for upgrade, T+1 environment is available for clients with version of trading system similar to current production version.
• After T0 environment upgrade to current version of trading system, T+1 environment is switched off.
• Announcement with planned date of switching off for T+1 environment will be sent on developers@moex.com mailing list not later than 1 week prior to switching off.
• T0 and T+1 environments can be stopped without notification in case if serious bug fixing or critical patch is needed.
