Trading in ordinary shares of Vyksa Metallurgical Plant OJSC to be suspended

Please be advised that in accordance with the MICEX Stock Exchange Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading, trading in the ordinary shares of Vyksa Metallurgical Plant OJSC (state registration number - 1-02-10041-E as of 05.12.2003; trading code – VSMZ) taken up in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law "On joint-stock companies" will be suspended in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange from October 30, 2012. Trading is suspended due to the notification of National Settlement Depository that announced suspension of operations in the ordinary shares of Vyksa Metallurgical Plant OJSC at the end of the trading day on October 24, 2012.
