Trading in ordinary shares of RBC OJSC to be ceased and parameters of certain securities to be changed

Please be advised that trading in the ordinary shares of RBC OJSC  (trading code — RBCM-001D) will be ceased in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange from October 25, 2012 due to a consolidation of securities issues and cancellation of ID numbers (codes) of additional share issues. On October 25, 2012 new parameters of the following ordinary shares come into force:
