Changes in securities market clearing reports

Dear securities market clients, 
As part of the upcoming securities market trading and clearing system release scheduled for 23 April 2018 (see https://www.moex.com/n18872) the following changes will be made to clearing XML reports: 
EQM13: a new possible value of the DataType attribute - SEC_M_DEBT (debt on securities market). 
EQM20:
 - a new TaxPaymentAccLink attribute in the BANKACC tag (reference to the money position for commission payment);
 - the ReturnSettleRUR attribute is removed from the RECORDS tag.
