API to clearing terminal test

Dear MOEX clients,

A new service for clearing operations over an application programming interface (API) is now available on MoEx test environment. This is a RESTfull based API that works over HTTPS protocol and could be used from customer software. At the first phase the service will allow to automate collateral transfer between settlement accounts (including transfer between markets) and asset profile transfer between UCP settlement accounts. At the second phase (preliminary date for public test – Q4 2018) the service will cover more clearing functionality including new settlement accounts request, collateral withdraw and permanents money withdraw.

This interface will exist along with the current web clearing technology that covers the same functionality without automatization.

Preliminary production availability for the first phase is 17 September 2018.
