Upcoming changes in trader terminals and trade data display

The new tariff model for technological services is scheduled to come into effect on 1 December 2018. All the details have been communicated earlier to MOEX trading member.

That will lead to the following changes in software:

• Value of the technical access commission fee as seen in ASTS Bridge interfaces, trader terminals and XML reports of securities, FX and money markets will be merged into the trading fee value (total commission fee remains the same). So the TRADINGSYSTEMCOMM field will display zero.
• MICEX Trade SE, MICEX Trade Currency and MICEX Trade TI trader terminals will be rebranded to MOEX Trade SE, MOEX Trade Currency and MOEX Trade TI. Migration to the new version will require manual installation. When installing a MOEX version over a MICEX version the older one will be removed, but all the user settings and configuration will be preserved. MICEX branded versions of terminals will be supported and will continue to get automatic updates till the end of 2019. MOEX setup packages will become available to users in December 2018.
• Starting from 2019 we will stop releasing new versions of MICEX SE Analytic and MICEX Currency Analytic terminals. All the data and functions available in these products are available in MOEX Trade SE and MOEX Trade Currency terminals when logging in with user IDs having the 'observer' or 'analytic' type of permissions.
