Changes in EQM13 securities market clearing report

Dear securities market clearing members,
 
As part of the upcoming trading and clearing systems release which is scheduled for 4 March 2019, there will be the following changes in EQM13 report (report on net liabilities and claims):
 

·  ISIN, SecurityId and SecShortName attributes will be moved from RECORDS node to CURRENCY node.

·  NettoSum attribute will become required.

·  Session attribute will become optional and will not be present for cash.
