Moscow Exchange reveals action plan amid coronavirus pandemic
Moscow Exchange is keeping a close eye on the COVID-19 outbreak. It has developed an action plan to ensure operational continuity of its infrastructure under a variety of scenarios depending on how the health in Russia evolves.
Ensuring the health and safety of employees, customers and partners is of the utmost importance for Moscow Exchange.
The company has restricted international business travel. Employees returning from the most-affected areas are being instructed to quarantine themselves for 14 days and work from home. Internal meetings and meetings with partners on the Exchange’s premises are being restricted and held over video conference where possible. The schedule of workshops and conferences is under review.
MOEX has robust measures in place to ensure business continuity and operability of its entire infrastructure. All MOEX markets are operating as usual, including settlement and clearing services.
