Spectra T1 test environment upgrade

Dear Derivatives market test environment users,
We begin preparation for the next Spectra trading and clearing system release. So starting from 14:15 MSK April 15^th till April 20^th, 2020, the Spectra T1 test environment will be down for upgrade to version 6.5. The list of changes in the new version will be published in several days.
