Next Spectra system release

Dear derivatives market customers,

SPECTRA T1 test environment has been upgraded to version 6.5, which includes following key changes:

1. Synthetic matching.
2. Iceberg orders.
3. Switching to 19-digit order and trade numbers.
4. Changes to data replication schemes.
